Reservation - The Detail Page

The reservation detail page contains all the information you need to keep record of for a guests booking. This information is permanently stored, even after the guest has departed.

Detailed information about each guest can be recorded for marketing and personalisation of communication.

LodgeControl offers some unique and exciting features that will assist with the managing of bookings. From the reservation detail screen you can also access any grouped bookings associated with the current one in view. You can lock the booking to the current room so that it cannot be accidentally moved to another. You can add special guest needs, both, in and off the property like - a baby chair or arranging a game of golf.

From here one can change the status of the booking from Provisional to Confirmed or In House. A Work-Flow or as we prefer to call it, a Progression log can be kept and managed from this page.

All the information on this page can be accessed and edited quickly and easily from the main calendar.
